Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
Validity: Gift certificates/vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Non-Refundable: Gift certificates/vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Non-Transferable: Gift certificates/vouchers are for the recipient named at purchase and cannot be transferred to another party without prior approval.
Redemption: Gift certificates/vouchers can only be redeemed toward photography sessions or products offered by Olea & Co Photography.
Session Scheduling: Sessions must be booked and completed before the expiration date. Bookings are subject to availability.
No Partial Redemption: Gift certificates/vouchers must be used in full; any unused balance will be forfeited.
Additional Costs: If the total cost of the session exceeds the value of the gift certificate/voucher, the recipient is responsible for paying the balance.
Promotions and Discounts: Gift certificates/vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless explicitly stated.
Rescheduling and Cancellation: Sessions rescheduled or canceled less than 14 before the scheduled date may result in forfeiture of the gift certificate/voucher.
Non-Tangible: Gift certificates/vouchers are not valid for resale and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
